Shipping
All orders are dispatched within 3 working days of receiving your order, via Royal Mail 2nd & 1st class & International Standard for EU shipments. For larger orders we may use another courier.
We currently do not ship outside of the EU.
LOCAL COLLECTION/OTHER
If you would like to arrange for an alternative delivery option, or a local collection, please contact us before placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
PACKAGING:
Our soaps are shipped in recycled and recyclable cardboard boxes. We also use eco-flow peanuts to safely pack our products; they are made from natural sources, that dissolve in water and can be thrown into your compost bin. All our parcel tape and stickers/labels are biodegradable and recyclable.
Return / refund policy
Our return/refund policy is valid for a period of 14 calendar days from after the day on which the goods come into your physical possession. If you receive your order and are not satisfied for any reason, you can return the product for a refund. If the period of 14 days has lapsed since the purchase, we can't, unfortunately, offer you a refund.
Refund requirements
The following criteria must be met to qualify for a refund:
Product is defective
Product is not as described
Product must be unopened
Product must be in original packaging
Product must be unused
Product must not be damaged
In order to ensure the above criteria has been met, all returns will be inspected. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue a refund.
Returns will be processed by us within 5 working days of receiving the returned items.
Please note that all of our products are handmade and can vary slightly from batch to batch. We therefore cannot accept refunds or returns based on these grounds.
Proof of purchase
To complete your refund, we require a receipt, purchase order or other proof of purchase. Please note that without the aforementioned proof of purchase, we will not issue a refund.
Sale and clearance items
Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale or clearance items cannot be returned.
Shipping items
In order to return an order, you must contact us first.
You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs with regard to the items that you wish to return. We will refund the shipping costs upon receiving the items.
You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found to us be used beyond what it takes for you to reasonably inspect it or damaged, then we may reject a refund.
Items lost in transit
Items thought to be lost in transit must be reported within 30 days of the dispatch date. Tout Nu holds no responsibility for items lost when a non-trackable postage option is selected by the buyer. Other refunds may be considered at the discretion of Tout Nu.
