How do I store my soaps?

Our handmade cold process soaps contain natural glycerine, which makes them extremely moisturising, but also attracts water!

We would therefore highly recommend using a soap dish to store them in. This will help prevent your soap from sitting in water, and keep it dry between uses, which will extend the life of your soap.

Sustainably sourced wooden soap dishes with open slats work well, or, for a zero-waste option, you can even use a small flat pebble/piece of slate. Simply wet the soap and pebble and lightly press together.

If you do not intend on using your soap immediately, they are best kept stored in a cool and dry place, preferably able to breath. 

How are your cosmetics packaged?

Our cosmetics are wrapped in greaseproof eco wrap, free from petrochemicals and completely biodegradable. Eco wraps are breathable and allows the scent of your cosmetics to be enjoyed without having to unwrap them.

The soap bars ingredient’s packaging (belly bands), are 100% recycled thin card, which are made from 100% post consumer waste.

Our products are shipped in recycled and recyclable cardboard boxes, and our brown tape, packing peanuts and stickers are biodegradable and recyclable.
